Blackwell goes back to the well

Ohio Secretary of State J. Kennneth Blackwell fired back at a properly defiant Cuyahoga County Board of Elections. The Cuyahoga election officials have said they will issue provisional ballots to any qualified voter but that the vote will not count if the voter is not voting in the proper precinct. Blackwell wants the voter to be directed to the correct precinct. Cuyahoga board chairman Robert T. Bennett said that that is what poll workers will do when they know the person is in the wrong place. If they are uncertain, the poll workers will give the voter a provisional ballot. Not good enough, Blackwell's new directive said. Ohio Democrats have filed suit against Blackwell. Stay near your ballot boxes, Ohioans. This one is heating up here in the new Florida.
